Ok, the rest of apple bread is sitting here on my desk and the smell is killing me. Thank goodness break’s in a half hour.

I made applesauce and apple bread last night. Yum, yum, yum. The apple bread recipe was found here and it’s to die for. I put my version here. Up the apples a bit and put in 3 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 a tsp of nutmeg. I skipped the nuts. Really moist and yummy and delicious, particularly right out of the oven. 
And all made from genuine Prudence Island apples, which made it even better in my world.
