Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 box lemon Jello 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/5 cups confectioner’s sugar 5 Tb lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
Directions
Disolve the jello in 1 cp boiling water. Let cool and add the cake mix. Make a well in the cake mix. Add the 4 eggs, and the 3/4 cup of vegetable oil. Beat until smooth. Bake in a 9×13 pan that has been greased and floured at 350 degrees at least 30 minutes. Check by using a toothpick until the toothpick is clean when removed. Remove from oven and immediately prick with fork all over the cake. Blend the confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Pour from the spoon onto the cake.
