Yum, yum, yum. The apple bread recipe was found here and it’s to die for. I put my version here. Up the apples a bit and put in 3 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 a tsp of nutmeg. I skipped the nuts. Really moist and yummy and delicious, particularly right out of the oven. :) And all made from genuine Prudence Island apples, which made it even better in my world.
