I put my version <a href="http://neverenoughbooks.org/?page_id=84" target="_blank">here</a>. Up the apples a bit and put in 3 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 a tsp of nutmeg. I skipped the nuts. Really moist and yummy and delicious, particularly right out of the oven. <img src='http://neverenoughbooks.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  And all made from genuine Prudence Island apples, which made it even better in my world.</p>
